Learnerships

Learnerships provide a meaningful experience for successful candidates. Learnership programmes combine theory and on-the-job learning into an integrated Programme, providing participants with both knowledge and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be between ages of 18-35​
  • Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science depending on Learnership​

We offer a variety of 12-month Learnership Programmes:

  • Packaging Learnership​s
  • Warehouse Learnerships​
  • Sales / Commercial Learnerships​
  • Call-Centre Learnerships​
  • HR/ Business Administration Learnerships​

Graduate in Training

This program envisions a mentorship and career development plan where our graduates can build their journey within CCBA, develop their skills through practical learning and impact the business.

Management Trainee

This programme creates the opportunity for successful candidates to experience a 12-month formal training experience. The purpose of the programme is to allow participants to gain knowledge and experience in management as well as industry specific skills in order to prepare for a management position.
